Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payments using other currency will be rated at customer's financial
institution (credit cards or PayPal sources).
Payment Methods
1) PayPal: We prefer PayPal, a world trusted name in secure on-line payment processing. You can open an account
at PayPal in minutes (Now Over 71 million accounts). No one ever sees your credit card information outside the
PayPal system. In other words, you pay PayPal and they pay us, they charge us a small fee for the transaction,
but it costs you nothing more.
2) Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard, charges are submitted when the order is processing for shipment. We do not
apply any surcharge for credit cards. Credit card information is transmitted on our secured and verified server;
you can see our credencial on this same page, authentic seal on the left, SSL Server Certificate on the status
bar. Additionally credit card information is never stored complete in the same place, for security reasons is
split into two different servers and locations.
3) Checks (cheque) and money orders: if you prefere you can send us your cheque to our office in Mississauga,
Ontario, Canada.
4) Net 30 Days Terms: We'd consider credit terms to Companies registered with us after their first purchase. If
your Company is interested in that, please email us to credit@letsprint.ca to get back the corresponding
application forms.
Taxes
All Canadian orders are subject of 5% GST.
All Ontario residents orders are subject of 8% PST (15% total).
No tax charged for USA orders.
Shipping Policy
All orders in Canada should be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Exemptions would apply for temporary shortage
in some items, customer will be adviced.

14.50 on orders below $149.00 before taxes shipped to Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia,
Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Manitoba, North West Territories, Nunavut, Yukon Territory
14.50 on orders below $149.00 before taxes shipped to USA

Privacy Policy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your
name, legal and shipping address, email address, optional credit card information and phone number. Your name and
email address will be used only for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and processing your online
orders.
Our secure servers protect the information by using advanced encryption. Your personal information cannot be read
as it travels to our ordering system. All sensible information is transmitted on our secured and verified server;

We never share, sell, transfer customer information with any company or organization not related with the
purchase and delivery cycle of your orders.
General Policy
LetsPrint.ca will automatically notify you when your order is placed in our system. We will contact you if we
experience any difficulties with your transaction.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at
the incorrect price.
LetsPrint.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect
price.
LetsPrint.ca is not responsible for misprints or mistakes in specifications posted on our site. Please, check the
manufacturer's website for the latest information.
If any action is commenced for the collection of the amount due or to enforce the "terms and conditions of
sales", the buyer must pay attorney's fees and any other costs associated with the aforementioned action.
The sale shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
Guarantee and Warranty Policy
We carry on fully manufactured warranty for both OEM and compatibles.
Any defected or damaged cartridges will be exchanged as long as the cartridge was not used.
The customer acknowledges that all of our obligations are set out in this guarantee. All claims for incidental or
consequential loss or damage based on any implied or statutory warranties of merchantability, oral
representations or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded.
